I would like to thank Dineo for excellent service she provided to my family. I was so frustrated my fridge just shut off and I did not know what to do. I was assigned to Dineo, she phoned me regarding my claim and explained how it will work. She assigned people to come inspect and phoned me to confirm day agreed. When the day came she called again to check if they came. I received a call even after they left. She is friendly, respectful and very efficient. I was so at ease because she kept me updated on progress until completion.
