Difficult to deal with.

Outsurance made it extremely difficult for us to submit a claim against one of their clients. Their client backed his car into the right side of my car, and the negligence was clearly 100% that of their client. Outsurance treated me like the ********, saying they said they would not even process my claim, as they needed at least 3 photographs of the damage, from different angles. Their demands are ridiculous, even for a small claim.
