Didnt just feel like a number

I was involved in a car accident that wasnt even my fault as I was standing at a stop street when someone drove into me. I immediatley placed a call with outsurance to advise them what had transpired . I spoke to Claudia Pillay who was of great assistance I didnt just feel like a number when she was assisting me. She was very helpful and advise me on everything that i needed to do and get from the person that knocked me. My claim was then handed over to Hector Ntswane who kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car. I never needed to call to findout as i was kept abreast by him all the way until i recieved my car back. I must say that it was really a pleasant experience having dealt with such professional people that is also very passionate about customer service. My friend and I were in a simila situation at the time and he has very fruatrated with the service that he recieved from his insurance company and i could smile about my experience.
