Didintle is the consultant who gave me excellent customer service, if we can have more of Didintle , service we will never loose people to our rivals , she gave me her all and explained things that I didn’t know about the products Outsurance is offering to me as their valuable client, unfortunately timing was not right cuz I already took a decision on moving to another company, so my deal was finalised with them already, wish people can love their job as she does, she is excellent and very passionate about her job Believe you me she is one of a kind I have ever spoken to, how she welcomed me , it was sumthing else, she is a good listener, patient and very good in her own words of service to make sure one understands the product That was the best service I ever had at Outsurance Though I cancelled one product I still have the other in Outsurance and she gave me a reason not to pull out my two legs🙏
