Did you know that OUTsurance do not allow for genuine parts on a vehicle out of warrenty?

I am very disappointed with Outsurance. My 2020 VW Golf 7 is in for repairs after an accident and I saw the quote was very low. So when I asked why, I was informed by an irritated lady at Outsurance that they do not allow for genuine VW parts on a car out of warrenty. This is apparently their policy. My monthly payment did not change and my money is genuine, why can I not have genuine parts replaced with geniune parts? The other interesting fact I relised is that the the total is a bit less than my our no claim bonus we were due later this year, that we will now forfeit without it bring communicated to me that it is less. This means Outsurance even makes more profit out of us. You do NOT get something out!! They use my no claim bonus for the repairs and I am the loser!
