Did not get anything OUT.

I had requested a call back for a quote for car insurance. An advisor called me back. He was quite friendly, made conversation and took down all of my info including what I currently pay with my existing insurer. He had mentioned that he himself is with Outsurance and that he had just been in an accident and had been settled almost immediately, I was impressed. Then quite suddenly once he had input all my info and said he awaiting my quote, he told me he had an emergency and if he could please call me back. I was concerned for him and said sure he could. that was 3 weeks ago roughly. I never got my quote. Am starting to think that because I have been claim free since I have ever been insured and that his premium came in higher, that I was owed R1500.00 and he simply ended the call to avoid paying me as promised. Just so sad that a company makes these promises and don't want to keep them.
