Deviant advertising
To whom it may concern,
Outsurance is deviant in its advertising. We received a quote that was about 30% higher than that of the same vehicle on the Outsurance TV advert. When I queried this with a sales person I was told "T's and C's" apply. This is devious underhanded advertising.....
We have been long standing clients of Outsurance in the past with no claims and tick every "low risk" box aside from living in heaven.
Poor service, to say the least.
