Determined, Dedicated and Awesome Frans

Frans called me this morning, it was a surprise call. I got a quote yesterday from Outsurance and someone else assisted, also a great person Bridgette. But this morning Frans was just awesome. Frans tried to see why i didn't accept the quote yesterday, but she was determined to assist me go with Outsurance and she searched all sorts and spoke with her Manager twice. she then came back on the line telling the wonderful news.... she beat the price o f the competitor. I was in awe, such commitment i have not had in this country. You deserve best staff Award Frans. Frans was so humble when i asked her to send me the survey to rate her, she politely said you have told me already so its okay. Well done for working as unto the Lord Frans.
