Deposit from outsurance

I am using a compressive cover with outsurance. Outsurance hired a car for me from Avis since my car was a s**** yard. I retired the car on 15 March I am still waiting for my deposit from avis. I have been calling outsurance almost everyday since 16 March requesting them to follow up with Avis regarding my deposit,since the are the one who organized a car for me. Outsurance is playing hide and sick,It is almost a month now waiting for my deposit. I don't know what to do anymore.

I wouldn't recommend outsurance to anyone. Rofhiwa mungoni ***
