Deployed roadside assistance to marooned wife

When my car, driven by my wife, ground to halt on the side of the N1 in Cape Town (outgoing, near the Monte Vista exit) this Thursday, I phoned help@out in desperation. Yurick Steytler fielded my call, kept the questions to a minimum, phoned my wife before I even had an opportunity, and had a tow-truck on site within minutes. Considering the location and precarious position of the vehicle, speedy assistance was paramount. Thank you Yurick and thank you Outsurance for rescuing my wife and stricken vehicle.
