Demanding Outbonus back

<p>I have been with Outsurance for many years and have never had a claim on one of our cars. About 6 months after we received the Outbonus for this vehicle, a third party claim was made on this cover. Now Outsurance is demanding the Outbonus back as the incident supposedly occurred before the Outbonus was paid. Now they won't stop harrassing and bullying us for their little Outbonus back?? Really Outsurance, are times so tough that you can't make it without the meager little Outbonus? Also, this third party claim was made so long after the supposed incident occurred that I believe the claimant is **********ly claiming against us for damage that was never caused by us, and no one has been able to prove otherwise.</p>
