Delayed by Outsurance
A lady bumped my car at work in January. She's have offered to let her insurance pay for the damages. I agreed in order for my to not pay excess with my own insurance. All the info required has been sent and on the 5th of March I was told that I need to follow up the following thursday. I have sent emails, tried to phone but to no avail. Is Nertiha Vandeput still working there? I have tried dialing ********** 245 but it only rings twice and then nothing and she doesn't respond to my emails. Please assist!
