Delay tactics

On 3 June 2015 one of Outsurance`s clients drove into the back of my vehicle while I was stationary at a red traffic light. They have all information required to pay back my insurance company and excess but they keep on with there delaying tactics.<br> Ref number 101060/MF36447<br> Their client has already fixed her car herself without claiming from Outsurance. I am close to the point where I will instruct my insurance company to go directly after the client for repayment.<br>
