Delay in car repairs with no feedback!!!!

I took my car in for repairs to Superbody in Paarden Eiland in Cape Town on advi*****t by Outsurance as my insurer. When I took my car in, I was told I would receive the car back in about 7 to 8 days. Now, since I had taken the car in, I have had to call Superbody myself in order to get feedback as to where my car was or what stage my car was in! Everytime I checked I was told the car is in Panelbeating, the whole week the car has been in panelbeating. The car has a small dent and scratches on the rear fender, this damage was estimated to cost R6000 (this is how small the damage is). At no point during my calls did Superbody advise that there had been a delay and the repairs might take longer than the initially estimated 8 days! I do not have a courtesy car and have made plans to receive my car today!!!! I unfortunately cannot even change those plans. Superbody tells me today that the car in still in panelbeating and will be going to filling today and thereafter taken to Audi! When will this car be ready?! I need my car today!!!! This is shocking and lack of customer service at its worst. The worst part is not being able to get a hold of anyone to account for what has happened.
