Degracia Dludla

On the 27 of December I received a curtusy call from Outsurance checking if everything was in order. I spoke to Degracia. She was sooo friendly, listened to my questions, well informed about their products. She never interrupted me when I was speaking and I can talk non stop and she laughed at my silly jokes. Not once have I sensed that she was impatience and the BEST part she made me realised based on the questions she asked that I was not covered for the structure which I forgot to do because I had a bond when I took out the cover and that was covered. I forgot to add it on the cover when I finished the bond with my service provider. She explained everything thoroughly and last night I slept with a peace of mind because of her. She is intelligent, well mannered and passient. I am glad I dealt with her. Outsurance Degracia is an asset for your company she surely made my year it was such a pleasure dealing with her.
