Default Recording on my credit profile

I'm very disappointed & angry to discover that in my credit profile there is a default record issued by outsurance of R1924. What make the matters worse is that I had long cancelled their services to be more specific from the 30 June 2017, however up until today it still shows that I have not settled the debt.

Thank you for notifying us. We have notified all the Credit Bureaus that there is no outstanding funds owing to OUTsurance.
