Deeply distressed client

We instituted a claim for carport sheets that has blown off in July 2019 due to bad weather conditions .outsurance sent an assessor and said they would replace the sheets. In September 2019 with the first light rain we had excessive leaking under the port as if it wasn't covered. I called them out again and that's where the trouble started. Then the contractor said the structure is not falling right and the wood work is rotten. I asked them why they put the sheets on if they knew the wood work needed attention as we are not the experts.They just went around and around my question ,sending out another assessor, with the feedback that it was a poor judgement call on the contractor's side.Today Patrick from outsrance calls me and says there's nothing they can do for me and that's where the claim ends.I am absolutely aggrieved with their service. We've never had a claim before in the 6 years we have this cover. Our premiums are up to date and never went in arrears. We are one deeply unhappy client and would rather take our business else
