Deeply disappointed in the lady of outsurance
Good day. The other day i received a call from outsurance giving me a quote on our new haval H2. I went through the whole process, to cut to the chase outsurance did not beat my current insurance. The lady did not even wanna know how much im paying currently she just wanted my banking details. So they can start to cover... When i was about to ask about the R500 she drop the call. I was so shocked... So much for the service of outsurance.

Our promotions team have further advised that unfortunately you do not qualify to participate in the promotion at this stage as you have not been insured with your current insurer for the required amount of time.
