Deeply disappointed and disgusted by the lack of service im receiving from OUTsurance. Regret moving from an insurer who valued me as a client to now being treated as if i don't matter and my money which i pay every month is not enough for me to be treated like a valued client. Been waiting for a voice recording for 3 weeks and its suppose to be available in 24 hours.
