Deducting money from my account

In February 2015 I cancelled my household policy with outsurance, and I reversed my debit order as their system is set already to debit month end, a consultant called me during the month of Marc h notifying me of debit order returned. I explained my reasons, end of March same issue happened, I went to the bank again to reverse the money this time I did not phone them. End April same story happened and I reversed the money, to day I get an sms stating that Outsurance as deducted an amount of R332.45, I called them and spoke to Martin who then put me through to Gugu Mathebula, she tried convincing me to stay with them but due to financial problems I cant. i am not happy with their outcome and time waisted going to the bank to and fro.
