Deducted money for a car I don’t even have
I requested a quotation from Outsurance for an MG3 but I never went ahead with the purchase of the car. I informed Outsurance that I did not take the vehicle, yet they still went ahead and deducted money from my account for a car that I do not even own. I am not even their client, but they continue to debit me. This is very unfair and feels like I am being charged for nothing. I would like Outsurance to immediately refund my money and stop all deductions.
