Declined Outsurance insurance 3rd party claim

Iam writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with Outsurance, with the poor manner of handling my recent insurance claim number *** for 3rd party claim. Their client damaged our car in an accident on the night of 4th April 2025, we submitted all the required documents,photos of the car including the AR police report & sketch as evidence. The AR police report & sketch clearly shows that their client was the one at fault on the night of the accident, however on the 12th of June 2025 we received a call from one of their legal consultants informing us that our claim is declined, which i find appalling that despite all the evidence provided that clearly shows that their client was at fault as per the AR police report statement & sketch provided, outsurance proceeded ahead to declined our claim on baseless grounds. This situation has caused great distress & inconvenience to myself & my family, currently my car is a non runner & damaged from the accident. My car still needs to be fixed mechanically & penal beating is also required, I would be pleased when outsurance can resolve this matter amicably & pay for all the damages caused by their client on my car.
