Declined claim

<p>I've just moved in a new house which im renting in saldanha a week after that they broke into my house stole my laptop and tablet and wifes bag then i thought my sister camara i bought was at my house and put it on the claim at outsurance they send out an eccessor named CARMEN KATS to come take photos of the house and incodent and cross questioning me of wher and hom much i paid for the stuff and if i give any falls infomation she will trace to check wher and how i paid for the stuff then she discovered that the camera was not on the premises tht night of breaking in she then forced me to right a letter stating that i was lying about the camera being at the premises and if i dont she will trace my wher abouts of purchasing the camera and when i purchased it that time i my head was mot thinking clear was still in shock about the break in me and my family was sleeping upstaires while they were in the house. Outsurance declined my claim and cancelled my policy because of ***** without letting me know i had to call them to find out whts goin on i dont know what to do about this and if i will ever be able to get insurace again CARMEN KATS also said that they will black list me.WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS ANY HELP</p>
