Outsurance charged us a higher premium for a year, admitted to their mistake, promised a refund for 8 months and never got back to us after repeated lengthy calls. They are unwilling to put the refund in writing and just keep asking for more premiums. Call center agent cut the call on us. and refused to get the manager online. Very unprofessional service.
