Deceptive marketing

Deceptive marketing:

I referred my wife to OUTsurance because I saw on the app it said to refer and get 1000 off your premium for one month. To my amazement, though, I was only granted 460. When I brought this up several times, I was always informed that the matter was being investigated. The OUTsurance app has this all over it, but I've been told it's under investigation.

Initially, I was informed that this was because I hadn't referred her through the app; I needed to go to my app, refer her there, and it would be linked and fixed. I followed this advice, but nothing at all had changed.

Your organization offers subpar customer service in some departments; perhaps this is because I was calm and polite.

What annoys me the most about this is that the agent said she is investigating this and will come back to me, till today I haven't heard anything from her.

I am not one to complain, but I hate bad service.
