Deceptive advertising: Saving you money on your car insurance or R500

I contacted outsurance with the hope of saving money on my car insurance, after I have seen their adverts on TV. They gave me a quote that was 50% higher than what I am paying with my current insurer. As disappointing that was I asked them for R500 because that is what they promise if they don't save you money on your current insurance. I got an sms indicating that they will send me link use to claim the R500. To date, I have not received any link or R500 from outsurance. I feel that they are deceiving the public with their aggressive advertising but they do not deliver on their promises. I have lost confidence in them and will not advise anyone to entertain the message contained on their ad campaign. Something has to be done about this, we cannot have their message in our face and they don't deliver on their promise. I ma going to write to the advertising standards authority as well to see what can be done regarding deceptive advertising.
