<p>Deception outsurance known for talking right and walk left. Have repeatedly enlightened them as delivery van always in yard and behind locked gates and a shutter ie a garage door. Yet they state daytime on street. So they billing on high risk as an annual client. Also have not received my rerate documents as you have in the past debited my account without my permission as you have many excuses of email and post ing problem. Totally unacceptable as experienced from your ineffeicient services. Rewind your calls as u are ro big to serve hence one ia to small for u and happy to move.</p>
