Deceiving agent trying to ***** me into taking a wrong policy

I am not happy with your agent Nerve who just did a quotation on my policy. I told him I need a comprehensive cover then he said with zero excess the premium will be R986,42 and with R5510 excess it will be R560,81. I then requested a discount on the zero excess premium as I am currently paying far less. Then he said he will quickly speak to his boss for a discount and quickly came back to me saying they gave me a discount and the premium will be R478,38 which worked out good for me.

Now as we conclude the contract he changed the whole thing to an essential cover that I never asked for. Had I not listened carefully to this he would have easily decieved me and he sees nothing wrong with this. I will not write everything here but please check the recordings between 12h00 and 12h35 today. What a *****ster to represent Outsurance. I wonder how many have become his victims.
