DEBITTING ME WHEN POLICY IS CANCELLED!

I cancelled my policy before the month started and put a stop order on the debit order as I was told I could do this. First of all I was beyond fuming that your consultant tried so hard to change my mind after telling him multiple times that I am adiment on cancelling, secondly he had the nerve to tell me putting a stop order on the payment would affect my ITC rating which I knew was absolute *******, I confirmed this with my bank. Telling customers wrong information does not keep them either. Then to my surprise after canceling my policy with Outsurance you guys STILL think you have the right to debit my account when you please??? R107 came off! I did not give you permission to do this! My policy is cancelled! IF there is any money owed you can call me or email me not just take money off my account as you see fit!!!!!
