Debiting more than the agreed amount for my insurance.
I have just notice that for the last couple of months outsurance has been deducting about R250 morê for my account than was authorized. This was done without my permission and I see it as *****. Totally unacceptable and if I hadn't gone through my bank statement I would not have noticed it.
