Debited without consent after I declined your policy offer.
Received a quote from Outsurance but decided not to sign up for the policy as I got a better quote from another company. Still the debit order went off after I made it clear that I didn't want to proceed. Unacceptable. You need a client's consent to take their money. I will be waiting for my refund .
