Debited twice
How is it possible that my account was debited on both the 22nd and the 31st?
I understood that the premium deducted on the 22nd was meant to cover February. My understanding of your policy is that if a premium is missed, you attempt to debit the account again on the 17th, and if that debit is unsuccessful, then there is no cover.
Which policy allows you to debit my account again on the 22nd for a period where there was no cover?
I would like a full explanation for this deduction and a refund of the amount taken incorrectly.
My concern is that if something had happened on the 20th, I would not have been covered, yet money was still deducted from my account. This is unacceptable.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide written clarification.
Thank you for your review.
