Debit orders for an enquiry?
<p>I clearly stated more than once that i only want a quote so that i can weigh my options. I even made the sales person stop talking and told him, listen i only want a quote and he assured me that the policy will only take effect when i tell them to. I did not receive any paper work nor did i even buy the car i was enquiring about, but still a debit order was run on my account! This is unacceptable.</p>

It is considered a serious transgresssion if a policy is activated without prior consent. The matter was investigated and our findings were you made it clear you did not want the policy activated.
We are very sorry about the experience! Our client care manager, Jeremy tried to reach you but has since refunded the pro-rata premium of the cancelled policy.
