Debit order
Outsurance please don't you **** around with me,you couldn't fix my car & i have canceled with your *** service & why now you keep on deducting money from my account please don't **** me around.

We are very sorry about the disappointing outcome of the claim, which was discussed with you in detail at the time. The call recording has also since been sent to you.
We attempted to contact you on numerous occasions to notify you of our intention to cancel your policy due to non payment of premium. We finally proceeded by sending you a sms notification of the cancellation of your policy with effect 24 July. This resulted in our further attempts to debit your account to ensure you are covered until then.
Our client care manager will call you and finalise the matter for you.
