Debit Order Despite Cancellation

Despite confirming in writing that my policy was cancelled, this company still deducted money from my account. They admitted the error, yet I was told I’d need to wait six days for a refund—leaving me under serious financial pressure. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for customers. I will never use them again.
