Dear Outsurance, Thank you for making my Claim so much trouble free by giving me your friendly and competent agents to deal with my two claims. Both Vicky & Tumi were of great assistants considering that I am almost 80 years old and technology handicapped. Thank you once again, as I am still awaiting the final outcome.
