Dear Outsurance Team, As a pensioner, we found that the excess on our policy was quite high and would be difficult for us to afford should we need to claim. We therefore contacted Outsurance for assistance, and the consultant who assisted us advised us to change our policy to a zero-excess option. We would appreciate it if you could please review our policy and confirm that the excess has been changed to zero, as advised. Kind regards,
