Dealing with Wanda Mthembu

<p>I responded to an ad in Boxoffice to request a quote from Outsurance and if they are not cheaper they would give me 5 rentals on Boxoffice. Wanda phoned me and tried for five days to get time to chat to me! Every day he phoned me (even at the time we agreed) I was either busy in an inpromto meeting or on the phone or in my car. Wanda persisted and when I eventually had time to chat to him he was very friendly (with a sense of humor) and completed my application quickly and efficiently. ALthough Outsurance could not match my premium he still tried to get an additional discount and when still higher, he tried to convince me of the additional benefits of being a Outsurance customer. I did not take the higher premium but he was an excellent salesperson indeed!</p>
