Dealing with Nadia Samuel was such a pleasure

Dealing with Nadia Samuel was such a pleasure. Answering her phone was like a surprise, beautiful and so welcoming. She was so clear and very helpful and I could explain my situation to her, she was a good listener. I understood what she was telling me and I felt like just talking to her all the time. I am a pensioner and for all the years dealing with outsurance staff, I must say that she was the best in my opinion. I've been with outsurance for many years (they the best) and Nadia actually made it even better. Thank you Nadia 😊
