**************** from Outsurance

This is the most unfair deal I have ever seen. My colleague Martin Moyo is a driver for our company. The best driver we had in years. Mr Moyo was driving home one day after work were a Outsurance customer drove into Mr Moyo. This guy just come out of nowhere and bumped into Mr moyo's car. The claim was send in to Outsurance and the reply was this. Firstly they offer Mr Moyo a 70/30% settlement of an amount of R1707.31 as full and final settlement, then a whole lot of nonsense that when 2 parties collide, both parties are wrong. Well, thats not how it works. When some dont look were he is going, and drive into another party, he is in the wrong. Now Outsurance is holding Mr Moyo 40% resonsible for the accident and the final summer is the following for payout. Damage to Mr Moyo's car :R8738.34 and 60% of that amount is R5243.00. Now this is owed to Mr Moyo.... But Mr Moyo is 40% liable for something thats not his fault. here is the sum : Outsurance client damage is R17375.77 take off the 40% of R 6950.31 this is now what Mr Moyo is liable for. now deduct the R5243.00 - R 6950.31 = R - 1707.31 that Mr Moyo is liable for. Now remember. Mr Moyo didnt make the accident, Didnt cause the accident but are now loosing out on R8738.34 of damage to his car. This is **************** and therefor thinking of canceling my policy with Outsurance. I just cant believe how the can get away with things like this.
