<p>I called Outsurance as per their Ad that I would be getting something out of the my whole experience. Instread I was subjected to more than 25 mins to do a whole vehicle alone quote. And then the premium was more than double what I am currently paying. I was then informed that I would be receiving an sms with a link to get my R400 and now 4 days later I still have not heard a peep from them. I called in a few minutes ago and spoke to Matthew Loom and was then informed that I would NOT be getting my R400 because I did a quote with them in January for a different vehicle. All of which was not disclosed to me in my initial call to them. All very convenient. They say one thing and do another. False advertising and misrepresentation seems to be their real motto.</p>
