If it was possible I would rate it half or zero star. I am so disappointed with outsurance. I have been with with insurance company for 5years+. Everytime my premiums go ridiculously up. I bought my car 2015, I have never claimed with them yet my premiums go up. I was paying R1380 of which I wasn't happy about and yesterday I was shocked to see my premiums being R1500+. I was so hurt, shocked that how come premiums with outsurance don't go down but keep on going up during this hard times where people are losing jobs, economy is down. I phoned in to find find out and they told me last year November on the day of the debit order there were no funds yet the premium was paid within 5days. They say for that now I must pay R1500+. I fail to understand how possible is this. I have never missed any payment. I have never claimed. And the lady by thr name of Dipuo said she can help me cancel my policy. She wasn't even apologetic or try to resolve this whole thing by reducing my premiums. She said its how the system works. I am so leaving outsurance with their ridiculous amounts. I wil never recommend anyone. They don't appreciate customers loyalty.
