I submitted a claim in April to out surance for house structure and my claim was rejected, I was told that I'm only insured for natural disaster not theft but when I take out insurance with them I advised the lady who was doing the sale that I want to insure everything with them, I don't know why theft was excluded but I know for sure I never said no to theft cover and I was under the impression that everything is insured I still don't know what more surprises can I expect from them. I requested the recording and Anele said she still want to ask for permission from her manager that was about 4 week ago and she never came back to me but to my surprise they deduct the premium every month without a fail but no one bothers to attend to my request.
