Daunting Business claim !!!

Claim Number ********** 04 I have a business insurance that offered to cover the full value of my stock (My vehicles) should there be an accident outside the business premises. First of all they don't have enough assessor for when such incidents occur, one of my stock was in an accident on Saturday. I had to drive to boksburg from Castle view , when I got there, the booking was not confirmed or allocated to the same place that I was sent to. After making endless calls to their call centre they came up with an insult of a figure...R16000 to repair and respray the vehicle... what???..a burgundy 2012 Hyundai elantra...really ? My quote that I did privately amounted to R44000. They said they will only fix the affected areas only...I mean what nonsense is that? How can I sell a two toned vehicle? Taking up the business cover with outsurance was a waste of time and money. They don't have my business interests at heart. They didn't add value to my business. They didn't help me with anything...they clearly can't play in the corporate insurance segment... fix only the affected areas ??? What joke is that ?...infact this is breach of contract because I did not sign up for this. And I am still awaiting the voice recording.
