Dare I say the best service ever??? Both my 2 Yorkies had a tummy bug while we were on holiday. One was hospitalised. I submitted both claims on the Thursday morning. Got a call from a very friendly Outsurance employee within an hour! She confirmed the claim and informed me about the excess payments. The funds were deposited into my bank account the following day! Thank you Outsurance for good, efficient and friendly service!
