Danicia Esau

I would like to thank Danicia Esau for going more than the extra mile to assist me today with changes to a policy.

She was the 4th person I ended up with (over a period of more than a week), and the first one to actually give me the right information and did everything in her power to assist me with my very odd situation.

After I've sent her the requested information to her personal address, she called me back within an hour with the matter resolved.

If only all call centre operators can be as friendly and helpful (especially this time of the year - in very difficult situations) as Danicia was today.

She definitely made Christmas come early this year.
