Dangerous Living

The arch in our house falling down, we've been insured by Outsurance since 2003, they said we have no claim as the problem has been caused by Ants, we had to start working on the issue as the situation had become dangerous, got an entermologist in who confirmed the issue was not caused by ants. Thanks for nothing Outsurance. I'm coming for you, fair warning and FNB who recommended Outsurance to first time home owners. Very angry and disappointed
