Damaged to my ceiling
Again they rejected claim again, i've had it with outsurance , always an excuse to pay out, submitted a claim for my roof that is leaking , claim was rejected

05 Jun 2024, 18:18Im still waiting to hear from you otherwise im gonna cancel all my policy with you and go somewhere where i will be valued, this is now getting out of hand, imagine what will i do with a R2000 to fix my ceiling? and my roof is still not fixed

Nic our assessing manager contacted you to discuss the claim in detail. The roof leak stems from the deteriorated waterproofing along the pa****t walls of the roof. In certain areas there is no waterproofing at all. Nic advised you that we are going to cover the internal damage to the ceiling and walls. Nic discussed the settlement amount with you.
