damaged repairs

My car was involved in an accident on the 28th of June and assessment performed on the 29th of June. <br> <br> Outsurance told me that I had to get the car repaired by Chris Craft, even though they were not my preferred panel beaters.<br> <br> Chris Craft took till the 4TH OF AUGUST for the repair to be completed 34 days<br> <br> When car returned:<br> <br> 1. They damaged my bonnet with a deep indentation (there was no damage before)<br> 2. They are using Pirated bumpers that do not 100% fit my Honda jazz (they confirmed to me the bumper is a pirated one).<br> 3. they state that my mud flap on the right side of the car is not there, it came off after the accident. They say they never quoted me on it so they did not put another one on, Even though Chris Craft was the one to do the assessment.<br> <br> I call outsurance immediately and reported the shoddy workmanship. The stated they would get an accesor to contact me. This was reported on the 4th of August.<br> <br> IT IS NOW THE 1ST OF OCTOBER, 2 MONTHS LATER. I have sent in the region of about 20 emails, communication has occurred but no action really. The panel beater informed me yesterday that they will replace the bumper, they have no knowledge of the other damage. DISAPPOINTING
