Damage after accident, by INSURANCE company

After being in a motor vehicle accident last week, OUTsurance gave CAS auth to tow vehicle to CSD BOKSBURG. On accident sense vehicle was damaged on the right back bumper and boot, as indicated on CAS towing report . Yesterday when my vehicle was towed by MINI MAXIS to my residence, I noted that on there report it indicated that the vehicle was damaged on the right front bumper, when I approached the vehicle, red coloured paint, scratches and dents were seen, as this damage was not previously there. I addressed the towing company and they mentioned that they have received the vehicle as is from Boksburg. When OUTsurance personel was asked about the damage of the vehicle they claimed that it was old damage, this vehicle is only 2 months old and bought brand new, 7000km on the clock. OUTsurance said that we must proof that it was them being at fault, but all evidence are clear. Mangement staff is rude, they have caused Malicious damage to my motor vehicle that causes financial lost. I would not recommend OUTsurance as up until now I still have not received any feedback, as management staff does not even awnser my calls and I have left several messages. THANK YOU AGAIN OUTSURANCE
